Processing Times

Please note that all our products listed on our website are preorder items, and will not be shipped out until the preorder date specified in your order confirmation email. Estimated shipping delivery depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout and your location.  

Tracking Numbers

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed after your order has been processed and ready for shipment. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if necessary. 

International Orders + Import fees

For Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, France, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Spain etc: It's important to note that when ordering internationally, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. In some cases, packages may be held at customs until the fees are paid. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the specific regulations and fees that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
