Processing Times

Your order will be sent out within 2-5 business days. Preorder's are shipped out on preorder dates that are shown in your order confirmation email. Estimated shipping delivery depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout and your location.  

Tracking Numbers

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed after your order has been processed and ready for shipment. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if necessary. 

International Orders + Import fees

It's important to note that when ordering internationally, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. In some cases, packages may be held at customs until the fees are paid.
